Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized work sites per OSHA standards
- Support skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, etc.)
- Read basic blueprints and follow project instructions
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather
- Valid driver's license required
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background check and drug screening
