Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Availability for 6AM-4PM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic tool handling experience a plus
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass mandatory background/drug screening
