Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople on-site
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators)
- Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and backfilling
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Perform physical tasks in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Basic tool operation experience (hammers, saws, drills)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Background check and drug screening required
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts with occasional overtime
