Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and basic installations
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and project-specific guidelines
- Complete daily cleanup duties and maintain organized work areas
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Report maintenance issues and equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions (heat, dust)
