Responsibilities
- Excavate, lift, and transport construction materials using heavy machinery and manual tools
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with project tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure OSHA compliance
- Operate power tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Perform demolition, debris removal, and site preparation duties
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard mitigation protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Experience with hand/power tools a plus
