Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts (with certification)
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA standards
- Load/unload materials and transport equipment safely
- Perform basic concrete finishing and framing support
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
