Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision
- Install and maintain scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
- Ensure OSHA compliance through daily safety protocols
- Coordinate with skilled trades for seamless workflow
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
