Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand tools
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction site preparation and cleanup
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Transport materials and equipment using carts, dollies, and manual handling
- Participate in team-based construction activities under supervisor guidance
- Report equipment malfunctions and workplace hazards promptly
Qualifications

- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
