Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/un construction materials and maintain clean job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform site preparation and cleanup duties
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to job sites
