Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators) safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material installation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and physically demanding tasks
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and minor repairs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience required
- Valid O-10 construction card and forklift certification preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic understanding of blueprints and construction terminology
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Denver metro area
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
