Responsibilities
- Site Prep: Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and organizing tools.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials using forklifts, dollies, and hand trucks.
- Tool Operation: Operate power tools and construction equipment under supervision.
- Assembly: Help assemble temporary structures, scaffolding, and framing.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work area by removing waste and debris.
- Assistance: Provide support to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior construction experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and flexible shifts.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Tools: Basic hand tools are a plus.
