Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Perform trenching, excavation, and demolition as needed
- Transport materials and equipment using carts, dollies, or vehicles
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour days and weekends
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required
