Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for precise execution
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met
- Perform basic concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Report hazards and maintain daily equipment logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction or labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Own basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.)
