Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform demolition, excavation, and earthwork tasks using hand/power tools
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions for precise task execution
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload materials and transport equipment as needed
- Complete daily reporting and inventory tracking for project managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid California Driver's License required
- OSHA 10-hour certification strongly preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for on-site roles
