Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Prepare and clean job sites to eliminate hazards
- Excavate trenches, backfill soil, and grade terrain
- Erect/dismantle scaffolding, braces, and temporary structures
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and power equipment
- Mix/pour concrete, asphalt, and other construction materials
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous construction/labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work in teams
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
