Job Overview:
Our laborers are the backbone of our operations. You will work closely with foremen and skilled tradespeople to support various phases of construction.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and correctly.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform basic measurements and cutting as directed by the foreman.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
