Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks and site preparation.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment following all safety guidelines.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations on-site at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans to understand project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and delays.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills for measurements, material estimation, and reading tape measures.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
