Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trade professionals with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and framing.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general maintenance to ensure a safe work environment.
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to travel to job sites in Dallas, TX, and potentially North Carolina.
