Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Site Support: Assist carpenters, electricians, and general contractors with various tasks including digging, lifting, and cleaning.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment (such as brooms, shovels, and saws) following safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA guidelines and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Physical Labor: Perform heavy lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work outdoors.
- License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
