Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, hauling, and lifting heavy materials (50+ lbs) to support project timelines.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery, including forklifts, skid steers, and compressors, under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily operations and site preparation.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to ensure a zero-incident workplace.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Willingness to learn and adhere to strict safety protocols (OSHA 30 preferred).
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school experience is a plus.
- Must be available for full-time, overtime, and weekend shifts as required.
