Responsibilities
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist in site preparation, including excavation, leveling, debris removal, and concrete pouring.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and supervisor instructions to complete tasks accurately.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by the site foreman.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures is a plus.
- No prior experience required; training provided for motivated candidates.
