Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and unloading construction materials
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and hazards
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Support foundation work, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Participate in daily team briefings and project progress updates
Qualifications
