Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, adhering to OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction plans
- Participate in scaffold assembly, demolition, and debris removal
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Report safety hazards and maintain equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
