Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear, dig, and level the construction site in accordance with blueprints and safety regulations.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, stack, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from the site.
- Machinery Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools (jackhammers, saws) under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and adhering to site protocols.
- Assist Trades: Support skilled tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians, as needed for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and work on your feet for long hours in various weather conditions.
- Work Ethic: Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction labor is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Tools: Basic familiarity with hand and power tools is preferred.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation are required.
