Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Perform site preparation, digging, and general labor duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
