Responsibilities
- Perform general physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Operate heavy machinery and construction tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various on-site duties.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment efficiently.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans to understand project requirements.
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
- Physically capable of performing heavy manual labor for extended periods and in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills required for measurements and material estimation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
- Experience with construction tools is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
