As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, supporting our skilled tradespeople and ensuring our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks and setups.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the construction site is clean, organized, and free of hazards (Job Safety Analysis compliance).
- Prepare surfaces and areas for construction activities as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is preferred.
