Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials and tools safely and efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and grading land.
- Machinery Support: Operate and assist with basic construction machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Trade Support: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Physical Labor: Perform heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods as required by the job.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary! We train motivated individuals.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work a consistent schedule.
- Communication: Basic English language skills for safety instructions and teamwork.
- Tools: Own safety boots and work gloves are a plus, but not required.
