Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of construction sites and scaffolding.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Perform basic site cleaning, debris removal, and waste management.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and painting support.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or diagrams when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
