Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily site operations and construction tasks.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Follow project blueprints and supervisor instructions accurately.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we value attitude and work ethic.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
