Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and moving materials.
- Material Handling: Load and unload lumber, concrete, bricks, and other building materials safely using hand trucks or forklifts.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision, including power saws, drills, and levelers.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and masons with daily tasks.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and safe job site by sweeping, shoveling, and organizing tools after each shift.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
