Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) with various tasks, including framing, drywalling, and cleanup.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Site Maintenance: Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure a safe working environment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Physical Labor: Perform digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects as needed for project completion.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must demonstrate a high level of punctuality, attendance, and reliability.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills are essential.
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
