Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Operate power tools and machinery (drills, saws, etc.) under direct supervision.
- Perform basic site cleanup, including debris removal and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Support concrete pouring and finishing operations as directed by the foreman.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines strictly at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid ID.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a quick learner.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
