Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and haul them to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, drywalling, and painting.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and project managers.
- Perform general physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we value attitude and work ethic.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
