Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including demolition, site preparation, and material handling
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and carrying materials
- Follow blueprints and instructions from supervisors
- Report safety hazards and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- No experience required - full training provided
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check
