Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including digging, hauling, and lifting.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Transport materials and tools to and from work areas efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure workplace.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks.
- Assist in reading and interpreting basic blueprints and site plans when available.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
