Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and masons, with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including debris removal and site preparation.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe environment for yourself and your team.
- Perform general physical labor as directed by the site supervisor, including digging, lifting, and moving materials.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule with overtime opportunities available.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus, but not required.
