Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on job sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks to ensure project efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under direct supervision.
- Transport tools, supplies, and debris to and from designated areas.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
