Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist in the preparation of job sites, including clearing debris and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision (hammers, drills, saws).
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure worksite.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding labor in varying weather conditions.
