Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and accurately stack building materials at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, flooring, and finishing tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools safely.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure safety compliance.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
