Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks on-site.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by following all OSHA safety regulations.
- Demolish structures and prepare sites for new construction projects.
- Assist in mixing concrete, pouring foundations, and performing basic carpentry.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
