Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on active construction sites, including excavation, digging, and lifting heavy materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Assist with site preparation, including setting up scaffolding, barricades, and signage.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel to different job sites within the region.
