Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction activities.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and tools safely.
- Ensure work sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks or supply trucks.
- Prepare surfaces for concrete, roofing, or flooring projects.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is preferred.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
