Responsibilities
- Material Transport: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site safely and efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist in digging trenches, preparing foundations, and clearing debris to ensure a safe work environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and compressors, under supervision.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks such as mixing concrete, sweeping, and cleaning work areas.
- Team Support: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with necessary tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50+ lbs) and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work full-time hours.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and flexible with scheduling.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid Social Security card and legal right to work in the United States.
