Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and concrete work.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and cleanup.
- Follow all project instructions and blueprints provided by supervisors.
- Support the team with heavy lifting and physical labor as required.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero prior construction experience who are willing to learn.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and the ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
