Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks, including carpentry, masonry, painting, and general cleanup.
- Operate handheld power tools and basic machinery safely under supervision.
- Perform general site maintenance, including debris removal and trash hauling.
- Follow all safety regulations, site protocols, and instructions from supervisors.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
