Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks on the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely under supervision.
- Clean and prepare construction areas, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Perform digging, trenching, and general site preparation as directed by the site supervisor.
- Transport heavy materials around the construction site using dollies, hand trucks, or other equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- No prior construction experience required—we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills are helpful for measuring and material estimation.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site is mandatory.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
