Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools at the job site.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of experienced team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and hazards.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: This is an entry-level position; we teach you the skills you need.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading comprehension and ability to follow verbal or written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from various job sites across Cleveland.
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
