Job Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing and cleaning areas.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various tasks.
- Dig trenches, backfill soil, and prepare surfaces.
- Follow safety regulations and wear required PPE.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- No prior construction experience is required; we teach you the rest.
