Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks.
- Operate and maintain basic construction tools and machinery safely.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials and supplies.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and cleanup.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Transport heavy loads and tools between different areas of the construction site.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome first-time applicants and provide full training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
